"Worms of Tommorrow"

Films: Parasite (1982)

Alias: None

Type: Man-Made

Location: Civilized area

Height/Weight: That of an electronic pencil sharpener.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: Can you really think of a crueler way to keep the public in lockstep? Dangling a vicious chest-burster thing over their heads? This future blows.

History: In the future, nuclear war has lead to the loss of governments and the rise of the Merchants, the people at the top of a social pyramid that they built. Their most recent experiment is a parasite that, to them, will keep the populace in line. But a fugitive has gotten his hands on their parasite, and even as it infects him, he'll do anything to find a way to kill it, even with Merchants on his back.

Notable Kills: See Final Fate.

Final Fate: After our hero's parasite is electrocuted and most of its offspring are dealt with, the Merchant hunting him down gets infected, allowing the others to blow both him and it up.

Powers/Abilities: Explosive breeding.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3-When all is said and done, these things are just Xenomorphs who never got past the chest-bursting phase. They're no less deadly for it, though, just a bit less frightening.

Trivia: -A sequel was planned, but the fall of Embassy Pictures canned it.

-This was the first on-screen appearance of Demi Moore. She also met her husband here.

That's a matter of debate, but okay.

Okay, who fed it the steroids?!

That trick works great at parties until the screaming starts.

Also created to suffer bad light shows like this!

"Cannonball!"

Too late! They already pulled it from theaters!

The future sucks.

The Grammar Police are going to come for you, you know.

This looks wrong on so many levels.
